Stylus CX7450

Epson Stylus CX7450:

Originally sold as a big box retail outlet item. Low amounts of ink in the cartridge, low price. Black Monday special printer.  The CX4450 is another Epson “black Monday” special. This printer cannot use the T068 “high capacity” ink cartridges. This printer is identical to the CX7400.

Think of it as the same thing as a current NX200, or NX100 series printer. Exact same build. An 8400 with no LCD screen. Decent photo printer, nice document printer – scanner is 1200dpi optical resolution. Uses four (4) individual ink cartridges – T069 series, or T068 series ink cartridges.

Cartridges:

High capacity (11ml) T068 series – cannot use.

Standard capacity (7ml) T069 series :

• T069120
• T069220
• T069320
• T069420

Full set will run $50.00 plus, and yield is about 180 pages.

The worthless 3ml of ink T88 series (never buy these if possible):

• T88120 – Black
• T88220 -Cyan
• T88320 – Magenta
• T088420 – Yellow

You will get about 40 pages if you have to clean the head even once. Terrible deal.
